Return Window.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Refunds, Resends & Returns.
We may offer a refund, resend, or return for any of the following reasons:
Delayed Orders
If your order takes unusually long to arrive (based on the estimated shipping time), you may request a refund.
Non-Received Orders
If tracking shows no delivery and the item hasn't arrived, please contact us.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, send clear photo or video evidence of the damage.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, let us know with supporting images or videos.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To start a return or refund request, email us at info@agyeboat.store with your order number and issue details. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Process
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item to CJdropshipping's warehouse in China. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Due to high international return costs, we recommend returns only when necessary.
Unacceptable Refund Requests - Refunds or returns will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
- Minor differences in product appearance (e.g., slight color variation)
- Orders refused or unclaimed at delivery
- Custom clearance issues not caused by us
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return (if required), we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card issuer to complete the transaction.
